CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We have sponsorship opportunities available and it is on first-come first-serve basis, so please act quickly !

Levels of Sponsorship:

Individual Sponsorship Packages:

Sponsorship is not limited to financial support per se, but can also take the form of provision of material hardware/software etc. Should your company/organization be interested in a sponsorship package not listed above, then please feel free to contact us to discuss your interests.

The Sponsorship Benefits Include:
In order to achieve the objectives, the SSWR Organizing Committee needs your support. A business plan for the event has been completed. It is expected that half of the expenses will be covered by revenue generated from conference fees and the other half will come from our fundraising initiative. Your support will be acknowledged in a number of ways commensurate with the level of sponsorship provided. The following levels were designed to maximize partnering potential.

Platinum (USD 20,000 or more)

• Company/Organization name and logo will be listed on the conference web site as soon as the donation is made, and will appear in every visible ways during the conference such as the banquet menu, program and proceedings.
• Company/Organization logo will appear on the conference banner.
• Company/Organization will be mentioned in all press releases, media information and other promotional opportunities.
• Company/Organization will receive four complementary tickets to the closing banquet.

Gold (USD 11,000 to 19,999)
You can sponsor the banquet or a reception, or contribute to the general budget. Recognition will be provided as above, same for the banquet menu.

• Company/Organization name and logo will be listed on the conference web site as soon as the donation is made, and will appear in every visible ways during the conference such as the banquet menu, program and proceedings.
• Company/Organization logo will appear on the conference banner.
• Company/Organization will be mentioned in all press releases, media information and other promotional opportunities.
• Company/Organization will receive two complementary tickets to the closing banquet.

Silver (USD 5,000 to 9,999)
Recognition will be mentioned in the program and proceedings, on the web site, and listed verbally at the banquet.

We would be happy to provide more information if required. You can sponsor a coffee break and be profiled at that event (USD 1500). Any other contribution will be appreciated and mentioned on the web site and in the final program.

The conference sponsorship opportunities will provide you with the information you need to allow your company/organization to choose your desired level of involvement and exposure to attendees of the conference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.	All sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis. The SEEP retains the right to reject any sponsor that it deems inappropriate.
2.	After receiving the written acceptance letter by the SEEP, the sponsor must provide the sponsorship funds, logo image (in the format required by the SEEP) and other details required (such as correct use of the sponsor's name, trademarks, etc.) to the SEEP within 07 working days of receipt of the acceptance letter.
3.	Sponsorship pledges cannot be processed without payment. Funds must be payable to US Dollars. 4.	The sponsorship fee does not include free conference registration unless specifically stated in the sponsorship opportunity details.
5.	Provision of conference sponsorship does not entitle the sponsor to a waiver of any applicable annual membership fee.
6.	All sponsorship materials must be submitted before April 30, 2004 to ensure inclusion in productions schedule. Sponsorship pledges after this date may still be accepted with caveats.
7.	Sponsors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the item(s) sponsored nor represent advertise or distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other firm or organization except as approved in writing by the SEEP.
8.	The SEEP will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor's properties through fire, theft, accident, or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
9.	No part of an exhibit and no signs or other materials may be pasted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls, doors or other surfaces in a way that mars or defaces the premises or equipment and furnishings. Damage from failure to observe this notice is payable by the sponsor.
10.	Participation at The SEEP Committee Meetings is restricted to the SEEP’s Board Members, the SSWR Committee Members and their invited guests.
11.	At the wish of the SEEP membership, the SEEP-SSWR conference program itself is not open to sponsorship. However sponsors are welcome to respond to the conference call for papers for consideration with other submissions.
12.	Sponsorship is not limited to financial support per se, but can also take the form of provision of material hardware/software etc. Should your company be interested in sponsorship package not listed in this brochure then please feel free to contact us to discuss your preferences.
13.	Sponsors are allowed to offer pledges for single or multiple items/events.
14.	For sponsorship opportunities that include signage please note - Signage space may be limited. The conference organizers will inform each sponsor of the maximum size, number of signs etc.
15.	In order to limit costs, the SEEP and the conference organizer may limit the number of colors used for the printing of sponsor logos.
16.	If a sponsor wants to negotiate for a higher priced item (e.g., higher quality shirt, bag, menu, etc.) than the SEEP has budgeted for then the sponsor must pay any additional cost for that item in additional to the applicable sponsorship fee.
17.	The sponsor for a given item at the preceding SSWR Conference will be given first right of refusal to sponsor the same item at the price quoted in the following year's sponsorship package. If the sponsor does not take up repeat sponsorship within 4 weeks of notification by the SEEP, then the sponsorship item will then be offered on a first-come first-served basis.
