HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION |

Participants will be accommodated in 2, 3, 4
and 5 star hotels located in the center of town. The rates are
considerably lower than the standard commercial market fares.
Hotel reservations are to be made exclusively through SEEP in Kathmandu.
Please fill out the Hotel Reservation Form, and fax/return it to SEEP
along with a one night deposit of as soon as possible. The sooner you
return the completed form the better chance you have of being
accommodated in the hotel of your choice. You shall be contacted with a
confirmation immediately.

1. |
The above hotel rates are based on bed
& breakfast basis and are exclusive of presently applicable
government tax (12.2 %).These special rates are only available on
hotel booking from SEEP. The rates are
valid 15 days before and 15 days after the conference dates but
subject to availability.

Hotel booking will be made on first
come first serve basis.
|

3. |
Hotel reservation will only be
guaranteed if the one night room reservation deposit is received
with the Hotel Reservation Form. The Hotel Reservation Form and the
one night room deposit must be received by November 20, 2004 after
which accommodation will be given as per availability.

4. |
Hotel reservation will only be
confirmed if the arrival date is mentioned in the Hotel Reservation
Form or if the arrival date is sent in writing.

5. |
Hotel reservation deposit or other
advance payment less local bank remittance charge, will be adjusted
against the final billing of the hotel at the time of check-out.

6. |
Cancellation will result in forfeiture
of one night hotel charge and local bank remittance charge (one time
4-9%) from the deposit. All refunds will be made in Nepal.

7. |
Change of hotel check-in date can be
granted provided that such a request is made in writing five working
days before the original check-in date but subject to room
availability. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of one
night hotel charge.
